Dr. Jocelyn M. Hines is a physician executive and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience transforming care delivery, advancing health equity, and leading clinical innovation. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Elevated Healthcare Strategies, she brings a rare blend of frontline clinical insight, executive leadership, and systems-level vision to organizations seeking meaningful, measurable change. Her leadership portfolio spans national telehealth programs, large-scale ambulatory operations, and value-based care strategy. This includes roles at Concentra, Inovalon, Complex Care Solutions, advisory work with DC government agencies and mission-driven health systems.
